You can cancel or reschedule bookings from your dashboard. Go to Bookings, find the meeting, and click the cancel or reschedule button. Attendees will be notified automatically.
Can I use Calimatic Scheduler with my team?
Yes! With our Pro plan, you can set up team scheduling with features like round-robin booking and collective availability. Create an organization, invite team members, and start using team event types.
How do I connect my Google Calendar?
Go to Settings > Integrations and click 'Connect' next to Google Calendar. You'll be prompted to authorize access. Once connected, your calendar will sync automatically for conflict detection and event creation.
Why aren't my emails being delivered?
First, check your spam folder. If emails still aren't arriving, ensure your email address is correct in Settings > Profile. Contact support if the issue persists.
Can I customize the booking page appearance?
Yes! Go to Settings > Profile to change your brand color. Pro users can also add custom logos and remove Calimatic branding.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account and scroll to the bottom. Click 'Delete Account' and confirm. Note: This action is irreversible and will delete all your data.
What are workflows and how do I use them?
Workflows automate actions triggered by booking events. For example, you can send an email reminder 24 hours before a meeting, or trigger a webhook when a booking is created. Go to Workflows in the sidebar to create your first workflow.
How do routing forms work?
Routing forms ask visitors a few questions and then direct them to the most appropriate event type based on their answers. Create one from the Routing page in the sidebar. It's great for guiding leads to the right sales rep or meeting type.
How does round-robin scheduling distribute bookings?
Round-robin checks each team member's availability, then assigns the booking to the member who was assigned least recently, weighted by their configured percentage. This ensures an even distribution of meetings across the team.
What analytics does Calimatic provide?
The Analytics dashboard (Pro and Enterprise) shows booking trends over time, bookings by event type, peak booking hours, cancellation rates, and completion rates. Use these insights to optimize your availability and scheduling strategy.
Can I embed my booking page on my website?
Yes! You can embed your booking page or individual event types using an inline iframe, a popup widget, or a full-page redirect. Go to Event Types, click the share icon, and choose the Embed option for the code snippet.
How does billing work for organizations?
When an organization has a paid plan, all members inherit the plan's features automatically. The organization owner or admin manages billing centrally from Settings > Billing. Individual members don't need their own paid subscriptions.
