How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
You can cancel or reschedule bookings from your dashboard. Go to Bookings, find the meeting, and click the cancel or reschedule button. Attendees will be notified automatically.
Can I use Calimatic Scheduler with my team?
Yes! With our Pro plan, you can set up team scheduling with features like round-robin booking and collective availability. Upgrade from Settings → Billing.
How do I connect my Google Calendar?
Go to Settings → Integrations and click 'Connect' next to Google Calendar. You'll be prompted to authorize access. Once connected, your calendar will sync automatically.
Why aren't my emails being delivered?
First, check your spam folder. If emails still aren't arriving, ensure your email address is correct in Settings → Profile. Contact support if the issue persists.
Can I customize the booking page appearance?
Yes! Go to Settings → Profile to change your brand color. Pro users can also add custom logos and remove Calimatic branding.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account and scroll to the bottom. Click 'Delete Account' and confirm. Note: This action is irreversible and will delete all your data.
