By accessing or using Calimatic Scheduler ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Calimatic Scheduler is an online scheduling platform that allows users to create booking pages, manage appointments, and integrate with calendar services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

5. Subscription and Payments

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Caliber Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Zoom). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALIBER TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caliber Technologies Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Paul, Minnesota.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
