Understanding the Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard gives you data-driven insights into your scheduling activity. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Accessing Analytics
Click Analytics in the left sidebar to open the dashboard.
Key Metrics
The dashboard shows several important metrics:
- Total Bookings — All bookings in the selected period.
- Completed — Meetings that took place.
- Cancelled — Meetings that were cancelled.
- No-Show — Attendees who didn't show up.
- Completion Rate — Percentage of bookings that completed.
Charts and Visualizations
- Booking Trends — A time-series chart showing bookings over days, weeks, or months. Spot growth trends and seasonal patterns.
- Bookings by Event Type — Pie or bar chart showing which event types are most popular.
- Peak Hours — Heatmap showing when most bookings are scheduled. Useful for optimizing your availability.
- Cancellation Rate — Track how many bookings are cancelled over time.
Filtering
Use the filters at the top to narrow your view:
- Date Range — Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom range.
- Event Type — Filter by specific event types.
- Status — Focus on completed, cancelled, or all bookings.
Exporting Data
On Enterprise plans, you can export analytics data as CSV for further analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools.
Tips
- Review analytics weekly to spot trends early.
- A high cancellation rate may indicate your minimum notice is too short.
- Use peak hours data to adjust your availability schedule.
- Compare month-over-month to track growth.
