Embedding Routing Forms

You can embed your routing forms directly on your website, allowing visitors to answer questions and book meetings without leaving your site.

Embed Options

Inline Embed:
The form appears directly within your page content.

To embed inline, add this to your website's HTML:

Popup Embed:
A button on your page opens the form in a modal overlay.

Full Page:
Link directly to the form URL: scheduler.calimatic.com/routing/your-form-slug

Customization

Embedded forms inherit some styling from the Calimatic theme, but you can customize:

• Width and height — Adjust the iframe dimensions.
• Brand color — The form uses your profile's brand color.
• Custom CSS (Enterprise) — Apply your own styles.

Dynamic Parameters

You can pre-fill form fields using URL parameters:

/routing/your-form-slug?email=visitor@example.com&name=John

This is useful when you already know some information about the visitor (e.g., from a marketing form).

Responsive Design

The embedded form is responsive by default. For the best mobile experience:

• Set the iframe width to 100%.
• Use a minimum height of 500px.
• Test on mobile devices.

Tips

• Use inline embeds on landing pages for the highest conversion.
• Place the routing form above the fold (visible without scrolling).
• Pre-fill fields when possible to reduce friction.
• Test the embed across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
• Make sure your iframe allows the necessary permissions.
