How to cancel your paid subscription and what happens afterward.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Scroll to the "Current Plan" section.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm your cancellation.

What Happens After Cancelling

  • Access continues — You keep all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No immediate change — Your event types, bookings, and settings remain intact.
  • At period end — Your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Data preserved — We don't delete your data. If you re-subscribe, everything is restored.

What Changes on the Free Plan

  • Only your first event type remains active (others are deactivated).
  • Bookings are limited to 50 per month.
  • Custom branding is removed.
  • Calendar and video integrations are disabled.
  • Workflows and routing forms are deactivated.
  • Team scheduling features are unavailable.

Reactivating

Changed your mind? You can re-subscribe at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade on your desired plan.
  3. Complete the checkout process.

All your previously deactivated features and event types will be restored.

Organization Billing

If your subscription is managed by an organization, only the organization owner or admin can cancel. Individual members cannot modify the organization's subscription.

Tips

  • Cancel before your billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • Consider downgrading instead of cancelling if you still need some paid features.
  • Export any data you need before reverting to Free.
