Step-by-step guide to upgrading from Free to Pro or Enterprise.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
Upgrading unlocks more features and removes limits. The process is quick and straightforward.
Steps to Upgrade
- Go to Settings > Billing from the sidebar.
- Review the available plans and their features.
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
- You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
- Enter your payment details.
- Complete the purchase.
You'll be redirected back to Calimatic and your new plan will be active immediately.
What Happens When You Upgrade
- All new features are available instantly.
- Your billing cycle starts from the upgrade date.
- Existing event types and bookings are unaffected.
- You can start using Pro/Enterprise features right away.
Upgrading from Pro to Enterprise
If you're already on Pro and want to upgrade to Enterprise:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Upgrade on the Enterprise plan.
- You'll be prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Organization Upgrades
If your account is managed by an organization, contact your organization admin/owner to upgrade. They manage billing centrally from Settings > Billing.
Tips
- Upgrading is prorated — you won't pay double.
- You can cancel anytime (see the Cancelling article).
