  • Teams Meetings — Auto-create Microsoft Teams links for bookings.
  • Event Creation — Add bookings to your Outlook calendar automatically.

Setting Up

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect next to Microsoft.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
  4. Authorize the requested permissions.
  5. Choose your calendar settings.
  6. Save.

Using Teams for Meetings

After connecting:

  1. Edit or create an event type.
  2. Set the Location to "Microsoft Teams."
  3. Save.

A Teams meeting link is generated for each booking automatically.

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 account (business or personal).
  • Admin consent may be required in some organizations.

Permissions

Calimatic requests:
- Calendars.ReadWrite — To check conflicts and create events.
- OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite — To create Teams meeting links.

Troubleshooting

"Cannot connect Microsoft account"
- Your organization's IT admin may need to approve the app.
- Try with a personal Microsoft account first to verify the setup works.

"Teams meeting link not created"
- Ensure the event type location is set to "Microsoft Teams."
- Verify your Microsoft 365 plan includes Teams.

Tips

  • If your organization uses Microsoft 365, this is often the simplest integration.
  • Outlook calendar sync works alongside Google Calendar — you can connect both.
  • Teams meeting settings are inherited from your organization's Teams policies.
