Zoom Meeting Integration
Automatically generate Zoom meeting links for your booked events.
Zoom Meeting Integration
Connect your Zoom account to automatically create unique Zoom meeting links for each booking.
What It Does
- Auto-create Meetings — A unique Zoom meeting is generated for every booking.
- Unique Links — Each booking gets its own Zoom link (no reuse).
- Meeting Details — The Zoom meeting includes the event title, attendee info, and scheduled time.
Setting Up
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Connect next to Zoom.
- You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page.
- Sign in and authorize Calimatic Scheduler.
- Once connected, you'll be redirected back.
Using Zoom with Event Types
After connecting:
- Edit or create an event type.
- Set the Location to "Zoom."
- Save.
Now, when someone books this event type, a Zoom meeting is automatically created and the link is included in the confirmation email.
Requirements
- A Zoom account (free or paid).
- Zoom's OAuth integration must be active.
Troubleshooting
"Zoom meeting not created"
- Verify the Zoom integration is active in Settings > Integrations.
- Check if your Zoom account has meeting creation enabled.
- Disconnect and reconnect the integration.
"Meeting link is the same for multiple bookings"
- This shouldn't happen. Each booking creates a new meeting. If you see this, disconnect and reconnect Zoom.
Tips
- Use Zoom for external client meetings where attendees may not have Google or Teams.
- The Zoom meeting settings (waiting room, password, etc.) inherit your Zoom account defaults.
- Zoom paid plans support longer meetings and more participants.
