Sharing Your Booking Link

Once your event types and availability are set up, it's time to share your booking link so people can schedule with you.

Your Public Page

Your main booking page is at:

scheduler.calimatic.com/your-username

This page shows all your active, public event types. Attendees can browse and pick the one that fits.

Direct Event Links

Each event type also has a direct link:

scheduler.calimatic.com/your-username/event-slug

Use direct links when you want to point people to a specific event type, skipping the selection step.

Where to Share

Email Signature — Add your booking link so every email becomes an opportunity.
Website — Embed a link or button on your website.
Social Media — Share in your LinkedIn profile, Twitter bio, etc.
Chat Messages — Paste the link in Slack, Teams, or any chat app.
Calendar Invites — Include it in your existing calendar events for easy follow-up.

Embedding

You can embed your booking page directly into your website using an iframe or our embed script. Go to Event Types, click the share icon on any event type, and choose Embed.

Embedding options include:

Inline Embed — The booking widget appears directly on your page.
Popup Embed — A button on your page opens the booking flow in a modal.
Full Page — Redirect visitors to your full booking page.

Tips

Use direct links in sales emails for higher conversion.
Test your booking page in a private/incognito window to see the attendee experience.
If you have multiple event types, consider using a routing form to guide visitors to the right one.
