Group Events
Group events let multiple people book into the same time slot. This is ideal for webinars, workshops, group coaching, and office hours.
How It Works
Unlike one-on-one meetings where each slot is exclusively booked, group events allow a configurable number of attendees per slot. When one person books, the slot remains available until it reaches capacity.
Setting Up
- Go to Event Types > New Event Type.
- Select Group as the category.
- Set the title, duration, and location.
- Save and configure the max number of attendees in the event settings.
Key Differences from One-on-One
- Multiple attendees per time slot.
- Each attendee books independently — they don't see who else has booked.
- The same meeting link (if using video) is shared with all attendees.
- The slot closes only when it reaches the maximum number of bookings.

- Webinars — Host a presentation with Q&A.
- Office Hours — Make yourself available for drop-in questions.
- Workshops — Teach a skill to a small group.

Tips
- Set a realistic max attendee count — too many can reduce the quality.
- Use custom questions to understand what each attendee wants to cover.
- Send a group reminder via workflows before the event starts.
