View, filter, and manage all your scheduled bookings from the dashboard.
Managing Your Bookings
The Bookings page is your central hub for viewing and managing all scheduled meetings.
Accessing Bookings
Click Bookings in the left sidebar. You'll see a list of all your bookings, sorted by date.
Filtering Bookings
Use the filters at the top to narrow down your view:
- Status — Show only confirmed, pending, cancelled, completed, or no-show bookings.
- Date Range — Filter by specific date ranges.
- Event Type — Show bookings for a specific event type.
Booking Details
Click on any booking to see its full details:
- Attendee name and email
- Event type and duration
- Meeting time and timezone
- Meeting link (if video)
- Custom question responses
- Booking status and history
Actions
From the booking detail or the booking list, you can:
- Confirm — Approve pending bookings (if your event requires confirmation).
- Cancel — Cancel the booking with an optional reason. The attendee is notified.
- Reschedule — Move the booking to a new time.
- Join Meeting — Open the meeting link directly.
Dashboard Overview
Your main Dashboard shows a quick summary:
- Today's bookings count
- This week's bookings count
- Upcoming bookings list with quick actions
- Pending bookings that need your attention
Tips
- Check for pending bookings daily if you use confirmation-required events.
- Use the "No Show" status to track missed meetings for analytics.
- Review completed bookings periodically to identify patterns.
